Appointment and cancellation policy
We require a credit card number when booking for more than one service and there will be no refunds for no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Please allow 48 hours prior to your appointment for cancellation.
We do not replace any LOST Gift Certificates.
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time. We will not be able to accommodate for any lateness by the client. Client will be able to receive only the time left in the appointment.
Cell phones
Please turn off your cell phone. Cell phones are not allowed inside the treatment rooms.
Please keep your conversation at a low volume. We try to keep it as tranquil and relaxing as possible.
Communicating your preferences
If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment -- the pressure, the temperature or if you want the therapist to go deeper or be gentler --let him or her know. The therapist will make an adjustment.
Therapist
We have both male and female therapists. Let us know by the time of booking an appointment if you have any preferences or if you have enjoyed the services of a particular therapist on a prior visit, you may request that person. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Clothing
For the treatment, you may remove all your clothes except your underpants. Therapist will leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are massaging. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table. However, if you donít feel comfortable doing this, feel free to leave on any articles of clothing.
Medical Conditions
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. Also before your treatment begins, let your therapist or aesthetician know of any medical concerns.
Tell the technician if youíre wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.
Men should shave at least 2 hours before their scheduled appointments for facials.
We do pre-natal massage after the first 3 months of pregnancy; we donít provide massage services for pregnancies earlier than 3 months.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. A gratuity of 15% - 20% is customary for each person who offered services.
Itís easiest to leave the tip at the reception desk when you pay your bill rather than giving it directly to the therapist. The front desk will provide small tipping envelopes with the name of the person who gave you service.
